Our Services What we offer and how engagements work.
Tetra Exponus provides the following services through its respective entities:
- Corporate training programmes — leadership, soft-skills, technical, and HRD Corp claimable training, delivered by Tetra Exponus (M) Sdn Bhd.
- Travel & experiential engagements — corporate travel, retreats, MICE, and group tours, delivered by Tetra Exponus Travels & Tours Sdn Bhd.
- Consulting & advisory — performance, capability, and organisational development engagements.
All engagements are formalised by a separate written agreement,
proposal, registration form, or invoice that sets out the scope, fees,
timelines, and any specific terms applicable to that engagement. In the
event of conflict, the terms of the signed engagement document prevail
over these general Terms.
Training Engagements Specific terms for training programmes.
- Registration — confirmed only upon receipt of a signed registration form or written confirmation, and (where applicable) HRD Corp grant approval.
- Fees & invoicing — invoices are issued in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed and are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
- HRD Corp claimable — eligibility, grant approval, and disbursement remain governed by HRD Corp rules. We assist with documentation but cannot guarantee approval outcomes.
- Postponement & cancellation — handled per the cancellation schedule in the relevant engagement letter or registration form.
- Substitution — Clients may substitute Participants up to 24 hours before the programme start, subject to suitability of the replacement.
- Force majeure — programmes affected by events beyond our reasonable control (illness, pandemic, force majeure, regulatory change) may be rescheduled at no penalty to either party.
- Trainer assignment — we reserve the right to substitute trainers of equivalent competency where unavoidable.
Travel Engagements Specific terms for travel services.
- Bookings — confirmed only upon receipt of deposit and signed booking confirmation.
- Third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, ground operators, and visa agents are independent contractors. Their terms, schedules, and policies apply alongside ours.
- Travel documents — passports, visas, insurance, and health requirements are the Client's and Participant's responsibility. We will advise but cannot guarantee approvals.
- Travel insurance — strongly recommended for all engagements. We are not liable for losses recoverable under standard travel insurance.
- Itinerary changes — itineraries may change due to weather, political events, supplier availability, or safety reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to provide equivalent alternatives.
- Cancellation — supplier cancellation schedules apply; refunds are net of non-recoverable supplier deposits.
- Compliance — all travel services are operated in accordance with Malaysian Tourism Industry Act 1992 and applicable destination regulations.

Disclaimers What we do — and don't — guarantee.
The website and its content are provided "as is" and
"as available". Whilst we take reasonable care to ensure
accuracy, we do not warrant that:
- The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
- All content is current, complete, or free of typographical errors.
- Specific business outcomes (e.g. revenue uplift, behavioural change) will result from any training programme — outcomes depend on Client commitment, Participant engagement, and many factors outside our control.
- Travel itineraries, schedules, or pricing remain unchanged after publication, since these are governed by third-party suppliers.
All representations, warranties, and conditions implied by statute or
common law are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability The boundaries of our liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:
- Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by the Client for that specific engagement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profit, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.
- We are not liable for any act or omission of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, venues, payment processors, hosting providers) where reasonable selection care has been taken.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
Indemnification Your responsibility for misuse.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tetra Exponus, its
directors, employees, contractors, and partners against any claims,
damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising
from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your unlawful use of the website or our services.
- Your infringement of any third party's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
- Inaccurate or fraudulent information submitted to us.
External Links Links to and from third-party sites.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites — including
social platforms, partner organisations, and payment processors. We
provide these links for convenience only. We do not endorse, control,
or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or
operations of those websites.
Linking to our website from external sites is permitted, provided the
link does not falsely imply endorsement, partnership, or any
relationship that does not exist. We reserve the right to request
removal of misleading links.
Termination When access or engagement ends.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with
or without notice, where:
- You breach these Terms.
- Continued access creates a security, legal, or commercial risk to us.
- Required by court order or competent authority.
Termination of website access does not affect any pre-existing engagement
agreement, which remains governed by its own terms. Sections relating to
intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law
survive termination.
Governing Law Jurisdiction and dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection
with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to
resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion, and where
that fails, through mediation under the Asian International Arbitration
Centre (AIAC) or another mutually agreed mediator.
